This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Baby Generator ⁃ Future Kid mobile application (the "Application"), created by Furkan Kaya (the "Service Provider"). The Application is free to download; AI image and name generation require an active subscription purchased through Apple.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information collected automatically
- A randomly generated installation identifier, used to operate the service, apply daily usage allowances and prevent abuse
- Device integrity data from Apple's App Attest service, used to confirm that requests come from a genuine copy of the Application
- Device and app information such as device model, operating system, app version and language
- Usage and diagnostic data such as screens visited, feature usage, timestamps, crashes and performance data
- Your IP address, which is processed when the Application connects to our servers
The Application does not collect your precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier, does not show ads, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
b) Photos and generation inputs you provide
To create results, you may choose to provide:
- Photos you upload (for example, photos of two parents or a photo of yourself)
- Generation settings you choose, such as mode, age range, gender and style
- A skin tone category and an approximate skin color value calculated on your device from your uploaded photos, used so the generated child reflects the parents' skin tones
Face detection and skin tone analysis run on your device. The Application does not create or store facial recognition templates and does not use photos or face data to identify any person.
c) Subscription information
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Our subscription service provider (Adapty) receives purchase and subscription status information so we can unlock premium features.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Application and generate the AI images and baby names you request
- To check photo quality and detect faces before generation
- To check that generated images are age-appropriate before they are shown to you
- To verify your subscription and apply daily usage allowances
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
- To understand how the Application is used and improve it
- To respond to your support requests
3. AI Processing and Your Consent
Before any photo is processed, the Application asks for your permission. If you agree, your uploaded photos and generation inputs are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server and processed by our AI partners solely to create the result you requested. You can decline, in which case AI photo features will not be available.
4. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Application, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- fal.ai, which processes your uploaded photos and generation inputs to create images. For some features fal.ai runs Google's image generation models, so your photos and inputs may be processed by Google as part of that request
- Google (Gemini), which generates baby name suggestions from the language, gender and country you select, and checks generated images for age-appropriateness. Your uploaded parent photos are not used for this check
- Adapty, for subscription status and purchase validation
- Google Analytics for Firebase, for usage analytics and diagnostics
- Expo, for app infrastructure and updates
- Apple, for App Store purchases and App Attest device verification
We require these providers to protect the data and to use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share your photos for advertising. Your photos are not used by us to train AI models.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos: our servers do not keep your uploaded photos after your request is processed. Our AI partners may keep uploaded files only temporarily (typically up to 24 hours) to complete the request.
- Generated results: results are delivered to you through a link hosted by our AI partner and saved in your in-app album on your device. You can delete them from the album at any time.
- Usage records (installation identifier, request IDs, timestamps, feature used, cost and quota information) are kept as long as reasonably necessary for security, billing, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
- Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics for Firebase settings.
5a. Photos of Other People
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission to do so. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK, KVKK in Türkiye, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.
7. Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Application creates AI images that depict children, but users must be adults and must not upload photos of minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and device verification, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be announced in the Application.
