Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the AI Baby Generator ⁃ Face Maker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Furkan Kaya (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (for example, IP address)

- Device and app information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and general diagnostic data

- The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

- The time spent in the Application

- A generated installation identifier and limited account or subscription-related information needed to operate the service

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

User-Provided Content and Face Data

To provide the core features of the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide photos and related inputs. This may include:

- Photos you choose to upload

- A prepared composite or edited source image created from your uploaded photos for generation workflows

- Generation settings you choose, such as age range, gender selection, and mode

- Photo-derived facial or phenotype attributes needed to create and improve the requested result, such as face shape, skin tone range, hair traits, or similar visual attributes

This data is used only to provide the requested image generation features, including future baby generation, family portrait generation, age-based transformations, and related visual AI features.

The Application does not use uploaded photos or face data for advertising, profiling, or identification of a real person.

How We Use Information

The Service Provider may use collected information to:

- Provide and operate the Application

- Generate and deliver AI image results requested by the user

- Validate uploaded photos for quality and face detection

- Improve app stability, security, and performance

- Manage subscriptions, quotas, abuse prevention, and customer support

- Send important notices, service updates, or support-related communications

AI Processing Disclosure

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide core features.

Before AI photo processing begins, the Application asks for the user's permission in-app.

If you choose to proceed, the following data may be securely processed for the sole purpose of generating your requested result:

- The photos you upload

- A prepared result or composite image created from those photos

- Selected generation settings

- Photo-derived facial or phenotype attributes needed for generation

- Limited technical metadata necessary to complete the request securely and operate the service

Who Data Is Shared With

To provide the AI generation features, relevant data may be transmitted to:

1. The Service Provider's own servers and infrastructure, which are used to receive requests, operate the Application, apply generation settings, enforce quotas, and return results.

2. The Service Provider's trusted AI processing partner, fal.ai, which processes uploaded images and related generation inputs solely to create the requested result.

The Service Provider requires trusted processors and service providers to protect personal data using appropriate safeguards and to provide the same or equal level of protection required by this privacy policy.

The Service Provider does not sell or rent your uploaded photos, face data, or other personal data.

Third Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may process data in connection with the operation of the Application. These may include:

- Google Analytics for Firebase

- Expo

- Adapty

- fal.ai

Each third-party service provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may share data with third parties only as described in this privacy policy, including:

- With service providers and processors that help operate the Application and provide requested features

- As required by law, legal process, subpoena, or governmental request

- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, user safety, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Uploaded photos, prepared source images, and photo-derived face data are processed only as needed to provide the requested AI result and are not intended to be retained longer than necessary for that purpose.

Technical, analytics, subscription, and operational records may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, support, or service operation.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete personal data that you have provided through the Application, please contact furkan18688@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete such information within a reasonable time. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at furkan18688@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed and maintained through the Application.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may choose not to provide photos or related inputs, but some AI features of the Application will not function without them.

You may stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Privacy Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of material changes by updating this page and, where appropriate, through the Application.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective is deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-03.

Your Consent

By using the Application and, where required, providing in-app consent for AI photo processing, you consent to the collection, use, transmission, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
