These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the AI Baby Generator ⁃ Future Kid mobile application (the "Application"), created by Furkan Kaya (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/); if they conflict, Apple's terms apply to the extent required.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Application.
2. What the Application Does — Entertainment Only
The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create fictional images, such as how a future child might look based on photos you provide, and baby name ideas. Results are generated by AI for entertainment purposes only. They are not a genetic, medical or scientific prediction, and they may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not rely on results for any decision.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- AI image and name generation require an active subscription (or a one-time Lifetime purchase, where offered). There is no free generation.
- Prices, durations and what is included are shown in the Application before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Introductory or special offers, if shown, apply only as described at the time of purchase.
4. Daily Usage Allowance
To keep the service reliable and fair for everyone, premium features include a daily generation allowance. When you reach it, the Application shows when your allowance renews. The Service Provider may adjust allowances to maintain service quality. A failed generation does not count against your allowance.
5. Your Photos and Content
- You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. You must not upload photos of anyone under 18.
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give the Service Provider and its processing partners a limited permission to process them solely to provide the results you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You may use the images generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of your results.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy
- Use the Application or its results to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive anyone, or present AI-generated images as real
- Attempt to bypass usage allowances, subscriptions, security or device verification, or to access the service other than through the Application
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Application, or create derivative works from it
The Service Provider may suspend access for misuse.
7. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
The Application processes data with AI and relies on third-party services, including fal.ai, Google (Gemini and Google Analytics for Firebase), Adapty, Expo and Apple. 8. Intellectual Property
The Application, its design, trademarks and content (other than your photos and results) belong to the Service Provider and are protected by law.
9. Internet Connection and Device
Generation requires an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work due to lack of connectivity, mobile data charges from your carrier, or the condition of your device. Keep your device secure; jailbroken or rooted devices may not be supported.
10. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider makes no warranties about the accuracy, availability or results of the Application.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update, change or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time. You may need to install updates to keep using it. These Terms end automatically if you stop using the Application; sections that by their nature should survive (such as 2, 5, 6, 10 and 11) remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
